Caitlin Propst
Caitlin has been with Equus Creek Equestrian Center since 2019 and is involved in each horse’s daily care, health, and comfort. In 2023, she earned her degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo. She combines her academic background with her years of experience in equine care and management.
She works closely with veterinarians to build individualized rehabilitation and conditioning programs that prioritize safe recovery and long-term soundness. Growing up in San Luis Obispo, Caitlin spent her childhood endurance riding and training in Montaña De Oro, giving her a great appreciation for balance, conditioning and evidence-based management – principles she continues to apply to every horse in her care at Equus Creek.

Kennah Glickman
Kennah is a senior at Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo where she is pursuing her degree in Animal Science with an Equine Science concentration. She grew up in Southern California riding and competing in Three-Day Eventing, which sparked her passion for equine health and performance.
Through her studies, she has gained hands-on experience in breeding, foaling, and equine biomechanics. She applies this knowledge to all the horses at Equus Creek, assisting with daily care, conditioning, and rehabilitation programs. After graduation Kennah looks forward to continuing her education in the equine field.
